Join us the first Saturday of each month for our free meditation workshops. Learn what meditation is, a few simple meditation techniques and how to use meditation in daily life to decrease stress and increase peace of mind.
Meditation has many benefits. In addition to increasing our overall peace of mind, meditation improves our health, our concentration and mindfulness, and lays the foundation for a spiritual path. We can experience these benefits for ourselves by trying meditation in just one short workshop.
